Shipping and Handling

When We Ship

When you choose "Ground" shipping, all orders will be shipped USPS Ground within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order, and will arrive in 3-6 business days from the time it ships out, unless you choose expedited (2nd Day or 3 Day) shipping.  Orders are filled Monday-Friday; orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. Once shipped, orders take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive.

Mama Shaman ships virtually anywhere in the world and we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. All Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS. Canada and international orders are shipped via USPS.

How We Ship

All Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you do not choose a shipping option, your order will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.   If you need to have something shipped Overnight, please call 1-877-586-2263 for shipping charges and to place the order.

Your satisfaction is very important to us and all products purchased from the Mama Shaman Online Store are sold with a 30-day money back guarantee. If an item is damaged or defective please notify Mama Shaman immediately. If you are unsure of fit or quality please wear them around the house for a couple days to ensure your comfort.

If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase and you return your product but do not exchange for a new item - you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding a 10% restocking, shipping and handling fee.

You can return products up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Products must be unused and in the condition you received them in the original packaging.

To ship a product back to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope, or use another in good condition. Make a copy of your emailed receipt or packing slip that arrived in the box with your order, and place it in the box. Please be sure to write the quantity being returned and the reason for the return, and send it to:

If you are returning an order paid for by credit card, Mama Shaman will issue a refund to the credit card account used for the original purchase (upon receipt of the returned product).  If you are exchanging a product for something else, please include in your return a check payable to Mama Shaman for the amount of $10.00 to cover the new shipment and restocking fee.  Please make a note of what replacement product you would like to receive, and include the size and SKU# of the new product. If the cost is higher for the replacement product, please call us at 1-877-586-2263 to arrange credit card payment over the phone please DO NOT e-mail us your credit card information.
